Your Dental Treatment Plan
If your Middle Georgia dentist recommends services for your smile, he will develop a treatment plan based on your goals and highlight any priority concerns. Our patient coordinator will review your treatment plan with you to explain scheduling and financial options for your care.
Payment Options at Middle Georgia Family Dentistry
To best serve the needs of our patients, payment is required at the time of service. If you have dental insurance, we will ask that you pay your portion of estimated costs when treatment is performed.
We accept major credit cards, cash and checks.
Dental Insurance
Our dentists are providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia dental insurance. We will gladly file any primary insurance claims; deductibles and estimated co-pay amounts are due at the time of service.
Please bear in mind that dental insurance is an agreement between the subscriber and dental insurance company, the patient or guarantor is responsible for payment for all services rendered.
